Hung Fat Ho is a grocery distributor established in the 1970s. To adapt with the pandemic hit, it developed an online ordering system to ensure seamless business growth. We worked with them to understand their business and customer behaviour. Then, we built the UI design that was engaging and easy to use. After several rounds of testing by our team and the sale team, the app was launched to serve the public. We still follow to support them with the maintenance and stable performance.
