They offer watch customization services through the online platform based on vintage & original concepts. As shoppers are moving online, WMT decided to purely focus on online selling channels with the multilingual website as the center. Thus, they can approach customers from all over the world without any limitations.

Objectives

WMT is a watch brand with its own unique branding identity and philosophy. Thus, the first objective was to create a beautiful design and the whole UX/UI of the site that could speak for the brand and the products.

Secondly, as they were targeting international markets, then the site will be multilingual with easy navigation for all audience segments.

Last but not least, the watch customization feature which would be the competitive advantage of WMT had to function smoothly and seamlessly across devices.

The Challenge

WMT came to us with clear requirements and designs that could make their products shine and interesting to users. The greatest challenge of this project was to ensure the high quality and accuracy of images for the custom watch feature as they are strictly required to produce vivid previews of the final customized watches.

The new site also needed to deliver a smooth, frictionless shopping experience across devices, and an easier backend experience for the team to manage and update products, customization features, and other content.

Technologies

The project was building a custom WordPress & WooCommerce website which can showcase their product and customization services, also it can scale with them as they continue to grow.

The Outcomes

The project resulted in a beautiful e-commerce site that functions seamlessly across devices. It is easy to manage and future-proofing. We also provided training guidelines for their internal training on managing the site with ease.
