Objectives

The main goal of this project was to build a whole brand-new online bookstore that allows parents to buy books for their children easily. Thus, the site architecture and navigation needed to be simple to browse and search for products.

The site also needed to operate seamlessly across different devices.

The Challenge

As with any long term e-commerce project, the focus is placed on performance and creating an infrastructure that ensures stable performance over time. The biggest challenge of this project was to ensure simple navitagion and fast loading speed despite of the large volume of SKU.

The Solution

To solve the above challenge, Arestós used WordPress and WooCommerce plugin as they are versatile for customization and optimization. Also, they are easy for Seeds team to import and manage large number of SKUs without any technical knowledge required.

We created the site on WordPress for unlimited customization and easy content management for the Hexfabs team. The site is integrated Yoast SEO for ongoing SEO efforts.
